Anyone looking for a reasonably priced, classic, light Ti Kuan Yin Oolong will find this tea from the Chinese Anxi County a terrific value. Its pale yellow liquor is smooth and fragrant, carrying a refreshing, buttery aroma as well as the sought-after orchid-like flavor. Use one heaping teaspoon per cup and steep 3 minutes in nearly boiling (190 degree) water. Good for multiple infusions.
