This organic version of our popular Yunnan Imperial is a nice tippy Yunnan with brisk yet smooth flavor. Yunnans are an excellent and often overlooked variety of black tea. They have an exceptionally smooth and delicate character, pleasant sweetness and little to no astringency. Use one heaping teaspoon per cup and steep 3-5 minutes in freshly boiled water.
